Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes for high-value items (over $500)
- APO/FPO addresses for express shipping

- Freight forwarding services for warranty items

6. Signature Requirements
Orders over $750 require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend:
- Shipping to a secure location
- Using a business address if no one is home during the day
- Authorizing package release with the carrier (at your own risk)
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
8. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement
9. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Verify the shipping address
- Contact the carrier
- File a claim with us within 30 days
10. Address Changes
To change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional fees from the carrier.
